• Work closely with documentation teams to develop internal and customer facing content, bridging the gap between User level and in-depth technical documentation• Perform Tier-3 support investigation and issue reproduction before escalating to other groups• Communicate with Development, Product Management and QA teams in a competent and professional manner to represent High impact customer or product issues• Be an expert in all Estimating products and their interface with Accounting products• Create and manage well documented and thorough bug reports through the incident lifecycle according to current guidelines and procedures• Prioritise bug escalations and issues to obtain the proper level response at all levels.• Develop knowledge articles to provide technical solutions or work-around while working closely with Support, Dev, QA and PM teams to monitor and measure customer impact• Keep team leader informed in matters of dealing with Development or Product plans and upcoming events such as releases, new features• Supplement training activities when required• Supply hands-on alpha testing and QC documentation when required• Provide expertise in the installation of the applications in the customer product environments• Carry out other Implementation and Support duties when required
