I serve as the campus-wide social media specialist. My role is to grow UCCS' social media presence by incorporating specific content and unique campaigns that support the campus' strategic plan. Additionally, I provide social media support for the various departments and programs across campus. Main objective was to provide a safe and fun environment. Important skills included:-Communication: an important aspect of the job as I had to touch base with parents upon arrival and departure. -Leadership: a vital aspect in that guidance for the children was key to their success.

I provided direct support for children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities. My goal as a helper was to teach these awesome individuals important skills they could apply in school and in the community. As a mentor, I learned the importance of patience, leadership, and teamwork.

As a store manager for Fine Arts Theater Group I was delegated a lot of responsibility and executive decision making when it came to customer service. I often open, ran, and closed the theater by myself. On busier days, I could have a staff with me consisting of 1-5 employees. With this job, I learned the importance of hard work and delegation.
