Richard "Crazy Legs" Colón, is a hip hop pioneer and legend who has been at the forefront of the breaking/b-boying culture for over four decades. He is also the founder and presenter of Puerto Rock Steady (PRS), an annual multi-genre music, dance, and arts festival held in Puerto Rico since 2013.As the leader of one of the most influential and respected hip hop groups in the world, Crazy Legs has been instrumental in promoting, preserving, and evolving the art of breaking/b-boying, as well as mentoring and empowering the next generation of dancers and artists. He is also passionate about creating positive social impact and supporting the recovery and resilience of Puerto Rico through PRS Fest, which organizes volunteer programs, partners with nonprofit organizations, and generates tourism and revenue for local businesses.

  The PRS Festival is an annual multi-genre music, dance, and arts festival that offers a unique three-day cultural experience. This extraordinary event brings together the finest talents in music, dance, art, and culture with a meaningful purpose. Known as “a party with a purpose, ”PRS organizes volunteer programs in partnership with nonprofit organizations, dedicated to serving communities and is deeply committed to supporting organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico, which focuses on empowering children through mentoring, education, and wellness workshops. Furthermore, PRS remains dedicated to fostering economic development in Latino communities through self-sustaining farming programs that utilize innovative hydroponic and clean organic practices, and continues to make a difference with hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
