Chris Barry is a technology specialist with a track-record in creating interactive web and mobile experiences. Chris spent the early years of his career working as a software project manager until his decision to further train as a developer. This career-move has forever shaped his working philosophy to being hands-on and creative.Intrigued by how things work from an early age, Chris spent his youth exploring computers, audio, video, 3D animation and games, going on to study for an HND in Multimedia from Bristol College. After graduating Chris took a role as project manager at VA London, managing a team of developers based around the world. His clients included Nigella Lawson, SJ Berwin LLP, Goddard Claussen and Bleep.com. A desire to work side by side with leading developers led him to Essence, a Digital Media Agency which ranked #1 in The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 both in 2011 and 2012. Some of Chris’s clients included Google, Cancer Research and Expedia.Being a part of the talented team at Essence inspired Chris to found Make More. One of Make More’s first projects was building a paternity coaching app in partnership with coaching consultancy Talking Talent. Make More recently acquired Zoom as a new client to build an online learning and development platform.
