Became a Lotus Notes administrator. We instituted the first conversion of EDI to an internet based Notes project for our clients to order products directly and check on the order status.Went to client sites throughout the USA to install, train and make operational this new on-line process.Was the lead CompuCom tech person for the implementation and roll-out of BroadVision as the internet CRM/CMS.

I was responsible for the WAN and branch/co-lo offices west of the Mississippi. As there were no on-site tech people, I had to be able to keep operations going utilizing the on-site sales reps. I was also responsible for ensuring the connectivity of new and moved locations.I was in charge of the first mass rollout of the sales reps, virtual office. Long before the idea of tele-commuting and virtual offices became fashionable, we converted the top 250 sales reps to this mode of operation.I was the temporary reports group manager. Had six dBase experts that created individualized customer facing reports. As the manager, I did most of the in-house facing reports.Instituted the integration of historical data reports with live data.
