• Aids in the procurement requirements of both supply and contract package by sourcing, handling the bidding and creation of the purchase orders/contracts. Helps the group within the internal SCM to solve all related.
• Accountable for negotiation strategies and preparing reports to identify cost cutting initiatives, cost management. monitoring of the delivery and facilitating the processing of payments.
• Coordinate with the end user and review the purchase request to ensure that all important details such as specifications of being requested, date needed on site are accurate and complete.
• Prepare and send the RFQ to accredited suppliers, then evaluates all bid submissions.
• Prepare the technical tabulation report to evaluate by the end users and commercial tabulation report to review by the SCM Manages/Owner.
• Negotiate the final commercial submission to provide the company cost savings.

• Support in the process within the Supply Chain, Finance and Brands with the agreed service level agreement that includes validating all necessary data and documents from respective departments.
• Coordination with the brands regarding the stocks and report to the logistics manager for possible inventory audit and stock replenishment.
• Managing the inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team lead.
• Support with the Logistics team in terms of the logistics task, concern or documents.
• Coordinate with the customer service manager (Order to Cash Team) to process all orders in SAP align with the Purchase Orders of the vendors which includes also the review and validation to check if all details are.
• Process all the invoices, follow up collections, monitor the aging in the accounts receivable reports and ensure all invoices are send to all vendors.
