I am responsible for setting up and managing cross-functional teams at DataKnow as a Certified Scrum Master in order to ensure project success. Creating a clear project roadmap and turning it into a prioritized product backlog for easier workflow management are among my duties. I actively plan and facilitate crucial Scrum meetings with a variety of stakeholders, fostering a climate of open dialogue, honesty, and shared project ownership. This leads to efficient milestone tracking and prompt problem solving. In order to minimize the impact on the project scope or timeframe, it is part of my duty to proactively identify, map out, and manage new impediments. Additionally, I'm skilled at delivering thorough project tracking reports and summarizing key performance measures so that stakeholders may make wise choices for ongoing progress.

As a Scrum Master/Product Owner, my role is to facilitate the development and management of the product backlog by prioritizing items that provide the most value to the project, resulting in an increment that is aligned with the project objectives at the end of each sprint. I also manage the common data environment or repository where the product backlog and sprint backlog are located, providing transparency in the processes and making them open to inspection. Additionally, I organize and create the necessary spaces for Scrum-related events, improving communication and decision-making processes between stakeholders and the development team. Finally, I am responsible for identifying and managing any possible impediments that may arise for the development team, seeking to remove or eliminate them to improve workflows and the team's productivity.

As a BIM Resident, my main role is to draft and review the BIM Execution Plan to align stakeholders and meet project objectives, as well as provide personalized training to standardize processes and increase maturity in the methodology. Additionally, I provide support in project document management to control changes and ensure a proper flow of information requests. I am also responsible for As-Built modeling and coordination of specialties to create a virtual model of the project for information extraction and decision-making. Finally, I develop and share coordination reports of project interferences to detect potential collisions between specialties and find possible solutions for execution. In summary, my objective is to align stakeholders, standardize processes, increase maturity in the methodology, control changes and information requests, detect and solve potential collisions between specialties, and provide information for decision-making.
