-Singing in weekly rehearsals and services -Performing featured pieces in conjunction with Director of Music-Leading musical worship in contemporary and classical formats

-Assisting in conducting and accompanying Youth Chimes (ages 6-11) and Youth Choir (ages 12-18) in rehearsals and performances -Collaborating in the selection and arrangement of musical selections for Youth Choir-Assisting in coordinating The Way contemporary worship band rehearsals (ages 14-18)-Overseeing Audio/Visual Team (ages 14-18) during The Way rehearsals and services-Performing as needed for WTL Youth Services and Retreats -Directing small group discussions and devotionals as related to weekly sermons -Drafting all email communications with parents and students

-Supervision of campers (ages 5-12) in large and small groups through a variety of daily activities both on and off campus -Planning and execution of activities promoting health and fitness at an age appropriate level-Facilitation of specialty Girls’ Camp.
