Within one year of college, I reviewed enough resumes to staff every Starbucks cafe in New England with overqualified baristas. Then after managing online recruiting for an employment agency, I was the first stop for friends, acquaintances, and friends-of-friends wanting to grow professionally -- a mentoring role I’ve played ever since. My marketing career followed an anthropology degree; so I get it-- it’s about authentically reducing the gap between your internal perceptions and how you position yourself externally.Outside of my corporate role, I consulted non-profits that assist clients in gaining employment and interviewed other MBAs for my leadership development program. Soon I refined my coaching skills via an MS in Organization Development. In 2010, I committed my career to collaborating with clients seeking to advance their career, to change professions, to gain a promotion, to re-enter the market, or to achieve their next career milestone.Specialties: Working directly with you so that you present an authentic and engaging story on paper, online, and in person.
