As the Founder and Executive Director of Create Peace Project, an arts-education and peace promotion organization, Ross is a passionate, award winning leader with 20 years of experience working with youth, schools, communities and corporate clients to deliver meaningful, hands-on, collaborative arts experiences. Ross has worked with more than 40 schools in the San Francisco Bay Area, 300+ schools from 15 counties and engaged more than 60,000 students, ages 8 - 18 world-wide in Create Peace Projects. Ross is an energetic and purposeful arts educator known for leading large-scale murals and projects focused on collaboration, community building, team building and “place" beautification. Ross has extensive experience in facilitating large-scale murals, including upwards of 500+ students in the collaborative experience of painting or creating a mosaic together, facilitating large-scale international arts exchanges, and leading team-building and collaborative arts experiences for corporate, community and non-profit clients. Ross is an experienced program manager, project developer, grant writer, fundraiser and personal coach.
