After being in Corporate America all my life, I recently left a position as the Vice President of Operations and Project Management for a technology corporation. My travels daily were of 270 miles round trip with the promotion of 16 hour days and little to no quality of life. Though I loved my job and all of it’s diversities…. the lack of quality of life for myself and my children out weighed the position.With leaving a very secure position and healthy wages, I had to weigh many thoughts.
