Hi, I'm Liisa, I work as a Media Design Expert 🎨 in the electrical energy industry. My career began purely in graphic design, gaining knowledge and experience by working in an advertising agency. Later, I moved to Austria, where I am currently located, and transitioned to the B2B side as an in-house graphic designer. I've accumulated experience working internationally in a multicultural environment for a few years now. I like to work in a structured way and keep the longer term in mind. I’m open to feedback, flexible and collaborative, and always find room for improvement and development. I’m an advocate for strong brand designs, which means to me consistency, it speaks to the desired target audience and supports the brand identity. Designs are not just about aesthetics but also about achieving business objectives. The tools Jira, Confluence, and Concept Board have become familiar, and I like to take full advantage of the software to stay organized and ease teamwork. I have developed my skills and understanding in Marketing and concept design, project management, leadership skills, and business thinking by integrating a brand approach during my Master's studies.
