During my employment at Connells I worked on the customer care team. I was responsible for handling complaints and chasing amended reports from valuers. 'Quest' and 'xit2' were the two database systems I used to deal with any queries. I was solely responsible for dealing with multiple, high end banks and building societies, including RBOS and Northern Rock.

Here I worked as a stock replenisher. It was a brilliant experience where I learnt many new skills, such as; how to deal with customer complaints, how to talk confidently to members of the public, as well as learning how to use a till. I moved on from this placement as hours were limited and there were no opportunities for progression.
