Managed Lingerie, Promotions and Causes categories for WEMEA which spanned 27 markets. My role involved multi-market strategy development and implementation, product selection, NPD and SOL management, pricing and promotions based on sales and margin targets, identifing incremental growth opportunities, briefing creative team to ensure brochure spreads were exciting and engaging yet shoppable, monitoring competitor and external market activity, product selection and brochure execution of Avon Breast Cancer Crusade, Domestic Violence and Hello Green Tomorrow philanthropic causes.During my time in this role, I successfully turned around the lingerie category from an 18% decline to 28% growth. I achieved this by focusing on securing additional brochure space, improving creative execution and developing innovative new products at the right prices.

Project managed superhit beauty launches across WEMEA including field activation, advertising, PR, internet, brochure execution, events and multi-market communication.

Managed the biggest selling Avon category, Avon Colour Makeup which included overseeing the launch of various superhit products in the UK.

Implemented the annual strategy for the UK market and planned all elements of the marketing mix to ensure sales and margin targets were met. Achievements included the successful launch of larger cup sizes with Lisa Snowdon as the celebrity model and new brand Body Illusions controlwear which is now Avon’s best selling lingerie brand.

I was the link between Marketing and Sales to communicate new product ranges and strategies. Worked with marketing agencies and 3rd party companies to create exciting promotions and competitions to drive incremental sales.
