My role involved multi-market strategy development and implementation, product selection, NPD and SOL management, pricing and promotions based on sales and margin targets, identifing incremental growth opportunities, briefing creative team to ensure brochure spreads were exciting and engaging yet shoppable, monitoring competitor and external market activity, product selection and brochure execution of Avon Breast Cancer Crusade, Domestic Violence and Hello Green Tomorrow philanthropic causes.During my time in this role, I successfully turned around the lingerie category from an 18% decline to 28% growth. I achieved this by focusing on securing additional brochure space, improving creative execution and developing innovative new products at the right prices.
