Since i have been in Advertising industry since 14+ years, i knew in and out of small nitty gritties of this field. After doing a lot of research, i found out that 70% students who do short/longterm designing courses, struggle and fail to find employment.I always felt very passionaltely towards education and finally quit my job to open my own Institute. I am managing a team of 2 designers my prime responsibilities included:› Building UI designs, Campaign concepts and HTML5 support, progress and performance to ensure project time lines were met while maintaining quality standards.› Distribution of workload in order to fetch the maximum and best outputs from the creative resources.› Act as a mentor for the team; I arranged weekly team meetings and training programs for the team.› Responsive Design, Mobile Website, Website, Microsite, E-mailer and banner.
