👋 I'm Christine, and in short, I'm a creative soul. In true squirrel fashion, I leverage my creativity in every facet of my life. I'm part strategist, part marketer, part researcher, part designer, and most recently, part performance artist. 🌱 Growing the Good I Wish to See 🌱I spent 15+ years serving the printing and creative industries before founding the Creative Squirrel Studio with a mission to make a bigger impact on this world by helping nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and small businesses amplify their story and impact through thoughtful and strategic design seemed like a no-brainer. As a former foster parent, I have a true passion for youth and family advocacy programs, but have experience across a wide range of sectors including education, health and wellness, ecommerce, consumer goods, and manufacturing.✨ Holding Space for the Pause ✨When I broke free from corporate life in 2021, one of the most difficult things for me to learn was how to rest intentionally. I was severely burnt-out, depressed and miserable with the person I had become. Always overstimulated. Always quick to react. Always exhausted. Something definitely had to change, and I found my way out with yoga and meditation. Though, I'll be honest, this squirrel brain of mine struggled immensely as a novice meditator. It wasn't until I experienced meditating with sound that I realized just how deep the resonance can take you. I no longer had to fight to quiet my mind. It drifted effortlessly into the abyss of resonating singing bowls - the doorway to my most transformational healing.That healing has ignited a new fire within me. A passion for holding space for others to unplug from the constant noise of this world. A space that encourages their brains to slow so that they can actually begin to let go of all that stress they've been carrying. A space where we are proactively fighting against burnout by honoring the power of the pause. A space that empowers others to give the absolute best version of themselves to their loved ones… to their work places… to their communities.
