I led the content development of the strategic initiative designed to fast-track leadership talent. The Future Leaders Now program saw the production of 60 courses, tailored for different levels of leadership. The uptake in the program was company-wide.

For seven years I worked under the guise of Creative Stace providing illustration and graphic design to all walks of life. From the cracks of Melbourne’s underground gallery scene into offices of corporate organisations, my work and clientele shifted and changed as I grew. Whilst the breadth of my work was diverse, the high-quality visuals and conceptual thinking were constant.My most notable opportunities saw me working on internal branding for Coles, collaborating with creative agencies such as The X Gene as well as working with blossoming start-ups like The Canine Wellness Kitchen, as seen on Channel Ten’s The Project. Six years after receiving my Bachelor of Illustration, I returned to the campus that I graduated from to teach budding talent enrolled in the Bachelor of Illustration. My recent experience of entering the workforce was an advantage, as I had industry insight that helped prepare my students for the industry.

I worked with the committee to redefine goals and membership advantages. During my time in the role, I achieved notable results for various social media campaigns and the launch of several new events.
