Results-Driven.My story of success is rooted in 28 years of creative work with beginnings as part of the Operations Crew for NBC Newschannel covering the 1996 Olympics and the Republican & Democratic National conventions. Interest behind the camera led me to join the video/multimedia production company, Jackson Group Interactive, where I served as Director for 10 years. During this tenure, I was recognized by AV Video & Multimedia Producer magazine as one of the Top 100 Producers to watch in the country. This honor coupled with individual industry awards helped grow the company into a successful LLC.To further nurture my talents, I continued personal graphic design projects alongside my professional career and participated in independent coursework for creative writing through Stanford University.In the seven years that followed, I helped grow the Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams brand as the Director of National Marketing. That growth could be seen in the expanded footprint of retail stores (from 15 to 30+), increased brand awareness (working with 13 top-tier shelter and lifestyle publications) and relationships cultivated with national agencies for data acquisition and management. Most recently, my talent and energy is being channeled into the role of Director of Marketing and Communications for Children's Theatre of Charlotte where we inspire generations to explore the wonder of their world.My continued aspirations for professional success lie in building upon these past accomplishments while achieving new ones. More importantly, I want to make sure I live and lead with purpose. Mark Twain said it best when he said, " The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why". Everyday I am able to help a person, a team, a brand, or even an idea to grow, I'm answering that question.
