I am controls trained, meaning I am the first level of authority for my venue, with responsibilities including maintaining accurate wait times, authorizing dispatches, communicating with upper management, and tracking and reporting all events surrounding the venue. I'm also a proactive member of our venue's TSAT committee, where we're dedicated to elevating the team member experience to extraordinary heights.My passion for creating unforgettable moments doesn't stop there!
