These experiences have allowed me to refine the science of strategy with the art of delivery, collecting enough battle scars to understand the theory versus reality of digital transformations! My legacy lies in balancing large-scale digital transformations ($350M+), managing global teams (450+) and overseeing significant Opex and Capex portfolios, whilst fostering emerging technology innovation and experimentation at a micro scale.Beyond gainful employment, under the 'Ordinary Opinions' banner, I dedicate time to pro bono consulting for the not-for-profit sector, community banks and medical devices research institutes.
