If it's something above and beyond some free advice, we will step in and progress them back to the closing table all while keeping you in the loop. The way we do that is a 3 step process! **3 STEP PROCESS**1) Challenge the inaccurate negative items on their report to make sure that the credit bureaus and creditor can verify that they're reporting the correct information. A lot of the time these creditors are reporting incorrect information according to the FCRA and FDCPA. We dissect these items and make the credit bureaus update accordingly.2) During the time we're investigating the negatives, we switch gears and do 1 on 1 coaching with your borrowers. They have a personal credit coach that works on their file from start to finish. We realize that 99% of the borrowers that come through haven't been through Credit 101 in high school or college, so we have to set them up for success in the future. They will be credit experts by the time they get back to you!3) Now... Anything that comes back verified as far as collections go.. We step in and help the borrower out with settlements or pay for deletions. We need to help here because if done incorrectly, it will drop their scores. I see it all the time where clients settle out old collections and in turn just update the DLA but leaves that MOP rating at the dreaded 9 collection rating. It's like re-opening a scab on the report and could drop the scores. After all of that is done, we remove dispute comments and send them back to you. We keep you in the loop every step of the way AND hook you up with an interactive submission and tracking portal. The portal is so granular that you can literally see the starting scores, current scores, clients to-do list, specific accounts we're going after, what's been removed, etc.. It's pretty sweet!
