I was hired as their credit manager to write and implement a credit policy, collect on all bad debts, bad checks and screen and hire a 3rd party collection agency for the company to use for the collection of bad debts. I was in charge of all aspects of debt collection and credit policies and procedures.
I was hired as an A/R clerk and did well moving up to the Credit Manager position and then went on to reduce the companies bad debt more than it had ever been reduced. I was in charge of all aspects of debt collection and credit management.I also wrote and implemented a credit policy as well as screening and starting a relation ship with a 3rd party.
