Instructs APEX 1005: Community and Human Services (AIC Plan for Excellence); a course designed for first year students to acclimate to AIC and learn about academic and support programs that increase student success and retention. The students enrolled in this course major in Psychology, Criminology, Cyber Security, Education, and Administration.

•Manage the overall operation of residence halls, adjudicate student conduct meetings, supervise and evaluate Resident Advisors and enhance student development.• Manage administrative and operational functions, including budget oversight and procurement activities• Facilitate staff recruitment, Resident Advisor recruitment and selection, and training process.• Host weekly staff meetings to communicate upcoming events, discuss community concerns, and facilitate professional development experiences

• Coordinate logistics for events, including space reservations, budgeting, and promotion• Collaborate with other departments to incorporate academic, cultural, and wellness programming• Collect and analyze feedback from students and staff on programming effectiveness• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for RAs, including orientation, ongoing training, and crisis response.

• Oversaw AIC Women's Empowerment Club’s finances, upcoming programs, leadership and registered student organization status.
