An experienced municipal and campus law enforcement/public safety professional with 50 years in police and security positions at all levels of agencies serving communities and Institutions of Higher Education of all sizes. Have proven skills that can be applied to any type of organization or business. In several positions it was necessary to completely rebuild organizations that had become ineffective and dysfunctional, which included assessing the situation, determining the appropriate changes, developing a plan, and successfully executing it based on principles of management that are universal. Every organization was improved by effective leadership and thoughtful management. Several were transformed.
