Led product management and financial management for Fitspot, a Techstars company that raised over $2MM in outside funding, and helped pivot the focus from B2C to B2B.The B2C business allows people to book a personal trainer for a 1-hour workout session at a nearby location; margins were thin.Its B2B business charges businesses for instructor-led group workouts for their employees. Fitspot clients include Tinder, Johnson & Johnson, NCR, Mailchimp, ExpressJet, Buzzfeed, Uber, and TrueCar; margins were larger.

Contracted to create product strategy for Spooler, leading to increased revenue, a defensible model, and $250K in raised funding. Also under Spooler, I designed and built their WeDesyn mobile app, which was used by Foshay High School seniors to design their class shirts. I built WeDesyn using Swift and AWS EC2.Contracted to build first iterations of iOS app with Disney iOS Engineer and other team members for SwayBrand, a funded brand/influencer marketplace startup. Built the first layers of UI and provided acted-on feedback on product design.Built beta versions for TimeCapsule, allowing video messages to be sent and unlocked in the future, with team of 4 seasoned technology professionals. The app was never launched as we couldn't find a market that had an acceptable retention rate.Co-founded and launched Catnip mobile app, Tinder for Cats; Garnered 3,500+ Twitter Followers in less than two months.
