In my role as a Technical Lead I have not just overseen teams. Also been instrumental in shaping strategic and architectural choices that have far reaching effects on communities as a whole. By prioritizing leadership and effective communication skills I've been able to cultivate teamwork and unity, among teams guaranteeing the smooth execution of challenging projects.Having knowledge of AWS and EKS allows me to create and put into action flexible cloud based solutions effectively by utilizing the Argo Project (its Rollouts feature along with Events and Workflows) and implementing CD to enhance continuous delivery processes optimally. Additionally I have taken charge in introducing Service Mesh architectures with Istio to improve security measures ensure reliability and handle traffic efficiently for microservices, on a scale. I have played a role in developing infrastructure strategies and implementing Serverless Infrastructure to enhance cost effectiveness through FinOps practices alongside practical engineering work using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, for automated and standardized infrastructure setup. In my role within the technology community at large I make decisions that shape project outcomes, in the short term and guide organizations long term technical paths.
