As the Human Resources Director at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), I oversee the talent management, workforce development, and employee engagement of over 3,000 military personnel. I have a master's degree in Strategic Studies from the National Defense University, and a strong background in ethics, succession planning, and organizational design. With more than 10 years of experience in the HR field, I have led and supported various initiatives and projects that enhanced the performance, diversity, and culture of the DIA and the US Army Special Operations Command, where I previously served as the Human Resources Director. I am passionate about developing and empowering the human capital of the defense and intelligence community, and aligning their goals and values with the mission and vision of the organization. I bring a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative approach to my role, and I am always eager to learn and grow from the diverse perspectives and experiences of my team and partners.
