Having mastered mooc moderating, she trained, developed and managed a team of moderators to service the APAC region, and is now expanding her skillset to work in the area of MOOC content development and back-end programme support.Cressida is also seasoned trainer in IT and corporate training, with expertise in business and education sectors. She draws upon her real-world, international and local experience to enrich her courses and motivate her groups. This, in turn, translates into positive performance evaluations from students and repeat business from clients. Cressida’s exceptional communication and people skills position her to successfully deliver excellent training to a vast range of people.A background in fine arts and photography paved the way for Cressida's Graphics and DTP software training specialisation, and she walks the talk using these skills to design and create a wide range of training resources and marketing materials, including newsletters, cheat-sheets, step-by-step instructions, templates, flyers and logos.Her software knowledge pool includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro and Illustrator.
