I am a dedicated Fixed Operations Director with extensive experience in the automotive industry. I began my career in the late 90's as a receptionist at a Bay Area Lexus dealership and worked my way through both Variable and Fixed operations. In 2023, I held the Fixed Operations Director position for the Qvale Auto Group in California, where I oversaw dealerships including Porsche, Jaguar Land Rover, Audi, Subaru, and Honda in Livermore. July of 2021 the Qvale group sold their dealerships in CA, and I remained with the new ownership in Livermore, where I served as the Service Director of the Jaguar Land Rover Store. As the year ended, I have made the decision to move closer to my children and am now in San Jose looking for a new company to grow with.My approach to leadership is centered around fostering a positive work culture and providing exceptional customer service. I believe that when you support and take care of your employees, they can focus on the clientele and build meaningful relationships that are non-transactional. I hold the culture and morale of the dealership at an incredibly high importance as it helps to create an environment that will welcome clients into a supportive and fun atmosphere with a staff that understands the importance of why we are in business - our clientele.
