In this project management role, Deirdre had the opportunity to overview, support and manage, 14 independent training networks founded to support, private-entreprise led training solutions.The skills and knowledge developed in this role include how to; analyze and monitor budgets, constructive teamwork, research and presentation skills, people management and nurturing stakeholder relationships.

This position entailed determining specific business areas that required a root and branch review, identifying the future strategic direction of these areas and designing and implementing the transformational plans, at both an operational and strategic level.
