Last position held was CIO of the George Mason University Foundation.- Led the project to replace the fundraising system used by George Mason University and the George Mason University Foundation. Project was completed at nearly half the projected costs.- Designed and developed a data warehouse from the Foundation’s fundraising and finance systems that vastly simplified report creation and maintenance. Reports created from the data warehouse are completed in a quarter of the time, and report-processing speeds increased by 1,000%.- Deployed a web based reporting solution to the user community and provided training. As a result, ad hoc report requests to our office dropped by half.- Architected the design for the George Mason University (GMU) online alumni directory and coordinated its development with GMU’s central IT department. Identified and implemented the technology required to produce a monthly alumni e-newsletter. Both initiatives have quadrupled the number of alumni receiving frequent communication from the University.
