I am results-driven, detailed, and personable. This Spring, I will graduate with my M.S. in Project Management from Boston University. I am attuned to client needs and am able to identify priorities, solutions, and strategic next steps. My experience with hands-on client research and observation was developed in my experience as an entrepreneur.I founded and ran an award-winning private kitchen restaurant for five years. It was a multi-project operation where I was involved in every detail from the design and preparation of every dish to tracking and defining success metrics. During that time, I hired, trained, and managed a team of five employees and interfaced with over 3,000 people from diverse backgrounds. With this opportunity, I developed critical custom service skills. I learned how to listen and really understand clients. Likewise, I gained hands-on experience in prioritization, all of which have prepared me well for my (future) career as a project manager, and other entrepreneurial projects.Today, I run a small traffic court appeal consultancy where I support clients with strategic advice and exceptional customer service with a high satisfaction rate. Besides my forthcoming M.S. from BU, I am a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) candidate. Additionally, I will take the PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification exam this March, and plan to take the PMI's Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification exam this summer.Currently, I am interning as a Project Manager at CRRC MA Corporation on the MBTA Project. Going forward, I look forward to taking my project management talents to the fields of travel, sports, interior design, architecture, and/or food & beverage.
