I'm a a Kellogg marketing MBA and an eager student of marketing (favorites: How Brands Grow and Job-to-be-Done thinking) with a desire to continue to drive results within a CPG career.Currently lead Conagra's nearly $1B portfolio of Protein and Spreads, including iconic brands like Hebrew National, Blue Bonnet Tablespreads, Odom's Tennessee Pride and others. Formerly the day to day business owner of Duncan Hines, Swiss Miss, Snack Pack and the innovation owner of Chef Boyardee, Armour, Wolf Chili and others. Initiated the company's project to bring the iconic Wendy's Chili to market, and launched the soup category's first plant-based meat offerings with Gardein soups.Previously with Kimberly-Clark as a Brand Manager (KLEENEX®, DEPEND®, VIVA® and SCOTT®), where I implemented Jobs-to-be-Done thinking within Kimberly-Clark, leading multiple design sprints to empathetically and iteratively develop winning product propositions with consumers. I have also led the 3-year Strategic Business Planning process for our paper towels brands since 2017, delivering a plan to grow double digit percentages in both Net Sales and Operating Profit. In my prior brand manager role I have led the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for both the DEPEND® brand and entire Adult and Feminine Care sector (POISE® and UBYKOTEX®) and created and briefed multiple total brand commercial programs (including DEPEND® Brand's "Drop Your Pants for Underwareness"--google it)Prior to this role I was an ABM on KLEENEX® where I drove SKU management plans to increase healthy by 20% and owned the Cool Touch facial tissue product. I am a 2012 MBA graduate of the Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Marketing, Management and Strategy, and Management and Organizations.Formerly a Vice President with Bixby Bridge Capital in Chicago, specializing in real estate-related distressed debt. Prior, I was an analyst in J.P. Morgan's investment bank, where I originated billions of dollars in private debt for clients, learned deep credit analysis, pitch preparation, offering material preparation and investor discussion.I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2006 with a double major in Finance and Philosophy (my Fi-Phi major).I love this field and hope to build a long career in it.
