In all instances, she was well-prepared, informative, enthusiastic, engaging and professional. Caroline invaluably helped many first generation college students to understand fundamental dos and don'ts of professional job seeking. She was also patient and thorough in her responses to their career-building inquiries. Caroline also led in organizing sustainability and environmental career events for our entire university, such as a green jobs mini-conference and career panels, often recruiting and featuring Mason alums. All those I attended were effectively delivered and drew large and engaged student participation. Finally, I have gratefully observed Caroline forge effective relationships and partnerships between her office (University Career Services), faculty and employers in support of greater internships, research and job opportunities for our students in the ever growing (and ever more competitive) green jobs market.
