Led the overhaul of the association’s business operation and service offerings to become the industry leader in the education and support of wellness professionals around the world.

An actuarial benefit design firm - my role was to help facilitate the growth of their financial wellness platform, Votaire.

I had the honor of leading the day-to-day operation for six years, and growing it into one of the largest in the country. With an amazing group of Board members to provide advise and insight, the Wellness Council of Indiana was honored multiple times for its work, and that included the Hulman Health Achievement Award, the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation Healthy 10 award, Innovative Membership Retention Award, and the Friends of Wellness award. This role also allowed me to provide evaluations and engagement strategies to hundreds of organizations, from Fortune 500 to small businesses, and train hundreds of individuals on aligning great health and wellness strategies with their company's mission and strategic goals.

As the Head of Human Resources, I was brought into the company with the goal of aligning the company's people strategy with its business strategy. Our processes, which included a full technology implementation of an HR Management System, utilization of value based insurance design, leading the wellness strategy, and aligning our recruitment and retention strategy with better hiring practice, we say a 17% increase in retention and a 9% decrease in absenteeism. The CEO asked if I would assume additional responsibility leading the P&L and revenue generation for one of the company's subsidiary. With a committed focus on diversifying our client revenue stream, the subsidiary saw revenues double in one year and profits increase by 32%
