Vision-oriented, creative thinker with nearly three decades of experience in the Financial Services industry as a leader, coach, advisor, strategist and business owner. I currently manage financial planning clients and coach our firm's financial advisors. Educated at the University of Houston (TX) where I earned a BS in Psychology. Juris Doctorate obtained from Taft Law School. I am a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and an Ethics instructor for the CFP® Board of Standards. I currently serve as Chairman for the Financial Planning Association of San Antonio & South Texas. My personal time is foremost spent with my family. We are active with our church and other ministry efforts. I also spend time pursuing goals in the non-profit space around primary and secondary education as well as the arts and work with disaster response teams. In the time I have left I work through a never-ending list of backyard projects, read, sometimes write novels and manage my love/hate relationship with running; having completed a couple dozen marathons and ultra marathons.
