My main responsibilities within the Finance Team of Farmamondo are related to processing all activities related to accounts payable and accounts receivable for the Chiasso based headquarter and especially for three subsidiaries based in Denmark, Hong Kong and Singapore.Daily activities include: - Accounts Payable: AP invoice processing, weekly payment runs, creation of journal entries, reviewing and correcting current accounting records, ensuring correct cost accounting reporting, expense reports and salaries posting;- Accounts Receivables: customers validation and activation, AR invoices, active down-payment, incoming payments, overdue payments from customers.In addition, I record quarterly-end closing journal entries (accruals, prepayments, VAT, warehouse) and I assist the Finance & Accounting Manager with the standalone audits.
