As a intern for the director of equipment at Ohio University I learned the skills it takes to properly equip and manage a team of 120 collegiate student athletes. While balancing a full time student class load I regularly worked 50+ hours a week and traveled to each game for Ohio University's football team. In addition I was tasked with leading 6 student managers on daily responsibilities. I also became highly skilled in taking inventory and gained multiple communication skills working with the athletes, coaches, and staff on a daily basis.

The Southern Ohio Copperheads are a collegiate summer baseball team run entirely by students at Ohio University. In 2018 we set a record for attendance and wins in the 18 year tenure here in Athens, Ohio. As a member of the game day operations for all of the 20+ home games I was tasked with ensuring all sponsorship and marketing displays were in place pregame. During the game we had many tasks ranging from ticket sales, 50/50 sales, or on field promotions coordinator. Post game we cleaned up the promotions, field, dugouts, and stadium to make it ready for the next game.

 Reorganized and restructured the stock room of Boyd Market in order to decrease waste.  Strengthened the bond between customers and Boyd Market by aiding any customer in the store. Itemized all products coming in from a shipment to verify all items were in shipment

 Orchestrated daily functions of food preparation to operate efficiently at peak hours of business.  Lead the closing crew duties and delegated tasks to speeds up the process in turn decreasing wage expenses on the payroll.
