Responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts within the automotive industry and delivering client-focused solutions for leak test applications. Present technical information to expand product knowledge and reduce the impact of variability in the measurement system.

I managed Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) tools and equipment sales process for OEM, tier 1 suppliers and aftermarket customers. I Led Ateq USA in sales revenue for four consecutive years and presented industry trends and changes to business partners that increased product knowledge and supported sales initiatives. Furthermore, I established communications to train company employees on instrument functionality that improved customer satisfaction. As my position grew, I was able to engage in supply chain management issues, which involved the procurement and importation of 8 different products from Taiwan, China and Japan.

I performed total sales process from inception to completion and managed key accounts. I analyzed the customers’ product and specification to recommend the best testing solution as well as assisted in product installations. Additionally, I supported our service department with critical repair applications.
