Senior Director Of Human Resources
CurrentResponsible for strategic planning, oversight and driving results across all areas of Human Resources. Partners with other business leaders and department heads to provide guidance and positively influences outcomes pertaining to staffing, retention, employee development and issue resolution.Manages all benefits programs alongside CFO to ensure we are providing generous and competitive offerings based on current and future employee needs. Manages biweekly payroll process alongside CFO from start to finish. Handles sensitive and complicated employee relations issues to ensure successful outcomes and to avoid legislative risks. Ensures brewery compliance with federal, state and local legislation and regulations pertaining to employment, benefits and management best practices. Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date Employee Handbook and creating new written policies as needed. Maintains knowledge of trends, legislative/regulatory developments, best practices, and new HR technologies and communicates changes in policy, practice, and resources to management and teams.Facilitates and champions professional development, training, and career planning for HR Coordinator. Develops and executes planning for talent management and develops long term hiring strategies.Prioritizes diversity, inclusion and belonging in beer.
