  Responsibilities :1.) Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to- hire and permanentopenings with clients.2.) Update and track candidates in accordance to 'Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc.' standards.8.) Conduct personal interview/evaluation and assess potential candidates.9.) Negotiate Compensation/Benefits with respect to hiring mode (W2 hourly, W2 salary/1099/corp-to-corp and H1 Transfers).10.) Submit screened and short listed profiles/resumes to client for technical evaluation.11.) Get conformation of consultant pay-rate/hour.12.) Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond to 'Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc.' via phone, email or web.13.) Maintain working contractors, including tracking personal starts and upcoming finishes.Skills:1.) A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.2.)
