Responsibilities: • Shape learning strategies based on needs analysis, learner feedback, stakeholder insight, internal data, alignment with Meta policies and priorities, subject matter research, and desired learner outcomes.• Design and build effective and relatable learning solutions relevant to workplace realities and rooted in adult learning, learner UX, and accessibility best practices. Learning products include: vILTs, eLearns, train-the-trainer courses, self-led tools, learning hubs (wikis), skill assessments, and more. • Efficiently execute on multiple projects across different cross-functional teams (leadership, manager and team dev, and DEI learning) each with different: project leaders, design specs, timelines, varying altitudes of collaboration, and preferred ways of working. • Establish and adhere to project design principles, workflows, budgets, impact assessment criteria, stakeholder review cycles, and change management communication strategies.• Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships in order to collaborate effectively with cross-functional project leads, project managers, stakeholders, internal/external subject matter experts, and vendors.• Pivot learning strategy/approach or update existing learning materials to align with shifts in policies and priorities. • Keep critical streams of work moving forward with minimal guidance during shifts in leadership.• Maintain consistent ‘red thread’ of core learning concepts and Meta messaging across all learning projects.
