Install software on terminals, set up routers and networks racks and patch cables. Configure offices networks as printers, desktop computers, laptops and public Wi-Fi connectivity.• On call 24/7 for POS, network or computers troubleshooting• Document incidents and show to supervisors• Install and remove Windows Operating System, Windows based tools, Antivirus, Firewalls, applications• Give remote access tutorials to managers in order to conveniently access the back of the house computers• Installation of surveillance cameras for the three different locations with IP remote access with Giovision software and hardware technology
