I ensure the quality of every item that leaves our specialty high end machine shop meets or exceeds the expectation of our customer as described by their scope of work and/or verbal goals communicated to us. Successful delivery is conditional upon compliance with prescribed documentation of specific requirements of "in tolerance" products in the aerospace industry or verbal acceptance that we have achieved the customer's goal in the custom interiors for high end aircraft business. I must keep our QA manual and procedures up to date to ensure we are in compliance with ISO standards required by our customers. I must complete all of the surveys and audits by our customers. I complete on-site contract measurement of details ranging from alignment and symmetry checks of aircraft, interior structure of aircraft, large parts or tooling, hydro-electric generators, large CNC 5 axis machines, satellite systems, oil field equipment, and so on. In basic terms, if you need something measured I will go literally anywhere in the world and acquire the geometry you need to solve your problem or achieve your goal. We have become a high end specialty machine shop because our owner has the reputation of never saying no. Therefore we are approached with projects other shops turn down. This requires us to develop solutions developed by thinking outside the box. I enjoy solving problems through the use of geometry and the freedom to be creative. I am lead in all reverse engineering projects. This requires me to communicate with a wide range of personnel in order to;1. Learn the goal of the customer and produce a solution that is cost effective and useful.2. Acquire the necessary information to achieve their goal through the use of laser technology to construct 3D CAD models.3. Communicate the customers goal to a wide range of personnel from CEO and Engineers to the shipping department.4. Ensure the customer is satisfied with the result and product we provide.

I was responsible for the sales of both raw material supplies and "turn-key" new construction roofing for a mid size specialty roofing supply company in the DFW area. I worked my way up from a starting position of delivery to sales manager in the first three years of a twenty year career. Because we were one of two locations in the area that stocked cedar roofing materials, the majority of my time was spent selling our product installed to new construction home builders. I learned to communicate with all types of personality starting with delivery and roofing personnel to owners of multimillion dollar home construction companies. This company also set up satellite locations in other cities when their homes were damaged by hail. My responsibilities were to acquire facilities to use as distribution centers for roofing supplies and living quarters for the personnel that would operate the locations. Then I would manage the location for a period of months determined by how long our customers required material in order to replace the damaged roofs.
