Current• Respond to phone calls, emails, and/or fax requests from patients, medical facilities, attorneys and third parties regarding medical and billing records.• Review requests for HIPAA compliance and process all medical request for WWH accurately with an average of 1 day turn around.• Process and release all requests for imaging via CD or USB using the PAC system and Nuance PowerShare.• Primary help desk for troubleshooting MyChart issues (our health care portal).• Maintain patient confidentiality and abide by HIPAA laws and regulations.• Scan/import legal documents, Consent Forms and Authorization of Disclosures into Patient Document List.
