Litigation Paralegal and Human Resource Manager with experience in both union and non-union environments.I was the Development Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Louisiana responsible for recruitment of volunteers and clients, all Human Resources functions relating to time sheets and benefits as well as the liaison between the local affiliate and National for the implementation of responsibilities and programming.
