As a Digital Payments Product Leader, I guide various teams in evolving Payway’s multi-acquirer payment gateway. I work closely with Business Development, Sales, Compliance, and Risk teams to define and execute our long-term strategy and vision. Additionally, I coordinate with operational areas such as Pre-Sales, Integrations, and Support in implementing new products and services.Key Highlights:- Led the integration of the latest version of the Fiserv gateway, handling 300K transactions per month.- Integrated EMV 3DS as an authentication tool in both our payment APIs and guest checkout, achieving a 75% successful authentication rate.- Deployed the Token Requestor service for capturing and processing payments with Network Tokens, reaching 3.5M tokenized transactions per month.- Implemented key improvements that increased the acceptance rate from 77% to 83%.- Led the project to implement the gateway data model in Microstrategy, collaborating closely with Data & Analytics teams.

Currently working for Decidir, the most used payment gateway in Argentina, developed by PRISMA.As a Business Analyst, I have the following responsibilities:- Define product roadmap and metrics- Manage backlog- Lead discovery and grooming sessions- Define user stories and acceptance criteria- Interact with stakeholders from different areas such as Acquiring, Issuing, Risks and IT- Generate business and technical documentation
