    Responsible for the Consumer team, where we were responsible for all the "liquidity" of iFood. In this team we had the development of the app (Android and iOS) only. We have evolved the structure and objectives to have autonomy around the order life cycle. So we focused on 3 main actions:- Evolve team behavior to be multidisciplinaryWe organized our teams to have backends, mobile developers and data engineers, to have speed and autonomy to solve problems- Organized the team management structure to accommodate the order lifecycleTo accommodate the order life cycle, the area was organized into pre-sale (account, catalog and product detail), sale (cart and payment) and post-sale (order tracking, customer service). The areas of Promotional Mechanics and "Big Bets" (innovation) were also added, and we also had a team that looked at the evolution of the site and QA.- Model processes to allow the evolution of the product and still allow the evolution of the technical structureSo that product and development do not come into friction, we separated the team in 3 dimensions: Operations, Product and Engineering. In this structure, each dimension had autonomy over its backlog, and was able to walk with its themes. With this we were able to resolve several technical debts, in addition to allowing product evolutions to happen.We grew the team from 60 people to 190, in 12 months.
