The areas of Promotional Mechanics and "Big Bets" (innovation) were also added, and we also had a team that looked at the evolution of the site and QA.- Model processes to allow the evolution of the product and still allow the evolution of the technical structureSo that product and development do not come into friction, we separated the team in 3 dimensions: Operations, Product and Engineering. In this structure, each dimension had autonomy over its backlog, and was able to walk with its themes. With this we were able to resolve several technical debts, in addition to allowing product evolutions to happen.We grew the team from 60 people to 190, in 12 months. -
