Cristiane has 20 years of experience with Transfer Pricing under the OECD Guidelines and the U.S. Treasury Regulations. Cristiane holds an LL.M. (with honors) in International Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law (2010); a Master’s degree in Taxation from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2023); and has been a visiting professor and a member of the academic committee of Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário (IBDT) since 2019. Cristiane was a Transfer Pricing Manager at Deloitte São Paulo (2017 -2019) and, previously, Cristiane worked at RoyaltyStat, a consulting boutique based in Washington, DC, specialized in Transfer Pricing and Valuation of Intangibles (2004 -2016).
