Creative Director
Current• Lead cross-disciplinary creative teams in the live experiential space through overarching strategic, art and design direction• Clearly define creative goals and practical solutions for clients that are future-thinking and authentic to their brand• Partner with client service and production leads to ensure a successful full-service experience• Facilitate project management including of scope development, budget/hours, vendor oversight, timeline, and creative work-streams• Mentor graphic design team inclusive of individual skill development, educational opportunities, performance reviews and broad team initiatives• Support internal organizational processes, creative resources and vetting graphic candidates/independent contractors
